How Do I Place An Order?​

Payment & Shipping

Gymnastics Wear Australia will accept credit cards (through eWAY), bank transfers or PayPal. 

GWA has a standard shipping price all over Australia for $11.00. This cost will cover up to 500 grams of weight & is registered post  (please allow 2- 8 business days for products to arrive.)  GWA has the option of Express Post (at buyers expense) & also freight for large orders. (Express Post will take approx. 2 business days & freight will be quoted on purchase.) GWA will not hold responsibility for any items lost in the post or damage whilst in transit.  

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

GWA has 2 user friendly payment options. You're welcome to pay via PayPal or eWAY (Mastercard, Visa or Debit card) both options safe & secure forms of payment. For further information on either payment options please visit our "Contact Us" page. 



 

Returns, Refunds or Exchange

Gymnastics Wear Australia will happily exchange any item you have purchased. (other than personalised items & large club orders*) Please note the following policy to exchange an item:

  • Item must not have been worn

  • Item must not have been washed

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Item must be returned with tags attached

To return an item please follow the steps below:

  • Express post your item back to GWA

  • Provide a blank postage bag in your parcel for GWA to resend your updated purchase.

 

Gymnastics Wear Australia will refund your items for the following reasons:

  • Faulty Product

  • Product received was not as described

In the case of a refund GWA will request in writing the reason for a refund with evidence attached.

If refund has been approved, please post the item back within 5 business days of notice. Once item has been received GWA will refund payment via bank transfer or a store credit note.

 

Gymnastics Wear Australia will NOT provide a refund for the following:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size purchased

  • Personalised orders

  • Club uniforms*

 

Privacy Policy

Gymnastics Wear Australia respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details why and when we collect your personal information and how we use it. It also explains under what circumstances we disclose your information to third parties and the measures we take to protect your privacy.

Collection of Personal Details

Gymnastics Wear Australia collects your details when you submit those details to us either online through your purchases or online contact forms.These details are stored within our secure database system. The details collected may include your full name, address, phone and email address. We also collect your payment details (including but not limited to credit card details).

Gymnastics Wear Australia may provide your personal details and payment details to third party payment processing providers as required. All third party payment processing providers that we use are PCI compliant. Once personal details and payment details are supplied to third party payment processing providers, those details are stored in a secure file system under password protection, with access restricted to key personnel. Hard copy documentation is then destroyed.

Use of Personal Details

Gymnastics Wear Australia will use your personal details to enable us to perform our role as a service provider. We may also use your personal details to contact you to discuss additional products and services that we offer. Your details could be used to measure and assess our customer service, and analyse customer purchasing preferences.

Third Parties

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party

Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances including the following:

•           Third parties where you consent to the use or disclosure; and

•           Where required or authorised by law.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Access to your Personal Information

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

Gymnastics Wear Australia will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We  will  take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

Changes

Gymnastics Wear Australia may make changes to its privacy policy, and will publish it here. We will not circulate it other than at this link on our website, and it is your responsibility to check the policy for up-dates.
